We are pleased to welcome Manisha Roberts to the Advocates for Better Health Board of Directors.
Manisha brings a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and advancing meaningful change in health systems. She is currently studying Business Management and Computer Systems and completing a Paralegal Certificate at North Hennepin Community College, while serving as an administrative professional with the State of Minnesota. Her experience includes leadership roles within AFSCME Council 5 local unions, where she developed skills in communication, governance, and advocating on behalf of members.
Manisha is motivated by the belief that health equity means ensuring access to care and health education regardless of background, identity, or circumstance. She brings both lived experience and a dedication to continuous learning that aligns strongly with ABH’s mission to advance health and wellbeing across Minnesota communities.
We are excited to welcome Manisha’s perspective, leadership, and thoughtful engagement to the ABH Board and look forward to the contributions she will make as we continue working toward more equitable and thriving communities.
